Delete it in the app (takes effect right away)
- Open healthysa.org and sign in.
- Tap Account (the account card on Home, or Settings).
- Scroll to the bottom and choose Permanently delete account.
- Enter your password and confirm.
Can't sign in?
Email Arnulfoled@outlook.com with your HealthySA username and the subject "Delete my HealthySA account". We will delete it within 30 days and reply when it's done. Never send your password.
What gets deleted
- Your account: username, community name, password hash, recovery key and Face ID / passkey sign-ins
- Your saved programs, checklists, application progress and notes
- Your community posts, helpful votes, reports and blocked-member list
- All sign-in sessions
Nothing is kept after deletion except anonymous page-visit counts (page and day only), which were never linked to you. HealthySA has no ads and does not sell or share personal information.
Español: cómo eliminar su cuenta
En la app: inicie sesión, abra Cuenta, elija Eliminar cuenta permanentemente y confirme con su contraseña. Se borra de inmediato su cuenta, programas guardados, progreso, notas, publicaciones, votos, reportes y sesiones. Si no puede iniciar sesión, escriba a Arnulfoled@outlook.com con su usuario y la eliminaremos en un plazo de 30 días.
